What the French Ministry of Culture records
Edifice construit au 17e siècle par la famille de Beaufort, conservant, à l'intérieur, des détails décoratifs tels que plafonds à poutres apparentes, décorations peintes, une grande salle de style Louis XVI avec cheminée et lambris. L'édifice présente un ensemble complet de cette époque. La façade du côté ville se compose d'un pavillon central de trois travées séparées par des pilastres à bossages ; d'un pavillon à chaque extrémité ; entre le centre et les extrémités, de chaque côté, une partie de bâtiment de deux travées. Le pavillon central est couronné par une terrasse avec balustrade. Un perron d'ordre dorique et à double révolution permet de communiquer avec le premier étage.
