Edifié à la fin du 17e siècle, ce pigeonnier est un exemple complet et très représentatif de la série de ces ouvrages construits sur pilotis dans les domaines de la Limagne. Au-dessus de quatre poteaux s'élève le colombier de plan carré dont les murs sont constitués de torchis et de colombages. Le toit à quatre pentes est surmonté d'un lanternon carré et pointu.
