Le manoir faisait autrefois partie des propriétés des Templiers de la Sauvetat-du-Dropt. Le pigeonnier repose sur neuf colonnes de pierre dont le haut est terminé en forme de champignon pour éviter l'atteinte des rongeurs. Des poutres de bois mêlées de briques constituent le corps principal de la construction. La toiture à quatre pans, couverte en tuiles plates, repose sur des consoles en bois découpé.
