What the French Ministry of Culture records

L'édifice d'origine subit des modifications considérables entre 1584 et 1620. Le vieux manoir est restauré ; une galerie de circulation est ajoutée perpendiculairement pour relier le logis à un pavillon d'angle ; un pavillon d'entrée est crée. Au 18e siècle, un parc à la française agrémente le site et les distributions intérieures sont revues au goût du jour. Entre 1822 et 1827, Héracle de Poligny conçoit et exécute, avec les paysagistes Chatelain frères, le parc à l'anglaise qui modifie celui du 18e siècle. En 1894, une reprise de l'ancien logis achève les rénovations successives de l'édifice.
