The current building, dated to 1646, was substantially reworked in the 19th century by the Le Tellier de Vauville family, who gave it its Restoration-period character. It is laid out in a U-shape, flanked by Louis XIII-style pavilions and old farm buildings, and surrounded by a park with varied tree plantings, a French-style kitchen garden and a chapel blessed in 1876.
