Pressoir datant du 1er quart du 17e siècle. Le rez-de-chaussée de ce bâtiment, éclairé par des baies oblongues, abrite le tour broyeur à pommes qu'entraînait un animal, et une forte presse à longue étreinte agissant par un cabestan. Cette presse porte sur un bras la date 1755 et, sur un montant, 1834. A l'étage, éclairé par des fenêtres rectangulaires surmontées par intervalle de lucarnes à décor de volutes, se trouve la chambre à pommes de cet ensemble technique qui reflète la vie économique d'un élégant manoir, aussi protégé, du début du 16e siècle et pourvu d'éléments divers des 17e et 18e siècles.
