Maison de maître construite en 1904 pour le brasseur Jacques Lobstein, à proximité de son entreprise, la Grande Brasserie et Malterie Vosgienne. Elle est dessinée par l'architecte Clasquin dans un style éclectique de la fin du 19e siècle. Le décor intérieur témoigne de l'influence de l'Art Nouveau : verrières des ateliers du maître-verrier Charles Champigneulle et décor peint floral, signé du peintre G. Destin.
