What the French Ministry of Culture records

Demeure édifiée vraisemblablement en 1903 lorsque Jules Lacour vient, avec son frère Paul, reprendre la manufacture familiale de tissus de laine. Comme les autres demeures d'industriels de la même époque, c'est une construction dans le goût néo-baroque. La façade principale côté nord présente une loggia de trois arcades richement décorée. La façade sud sur jardin est agrémentée d'une sorte d'abside précédée d'un escalier à double volée convergente. A l'intérieur, le grand escalier en bois et les quatre pièces d'apparat du rez-de-chaussée ont été conservés (décor de stuc et marqueterie).
