What the French Ministry of Culture records
Un château fort existait en 1375. Au 15e siècle, le château devait être constitué d'un quadrilatère de bâtiments flanqués de tours et encadrant une petite cour. Il n'en reste que le corps d'entrée et ses deux tours, reliées par une ligne de mâchicoulis. Une aile a été reconstruite sur un second côté du quadrilatère. A l'intérieur de la partie ancienne, quatre cheminées ornent les salles et les chambres, dont certaines portent des traces d'un décor peint.
