What the French Ministry of Culture records

Château du 16e siècle. Le moulin qui appartient au domaine ne figure pas sur le cadastre de 1834, le millésime 1672 est gravé sur le linteau en pierre d'une porte d'entrée (réemploi) et la date de 1838 est portée à l'encre à l'intérieur de l'autre porte. Le bâtiment en pierre de taille possède deux entrées opposées en rez-de-chaussée ; aménagé pour le meunier il comprend une cheminée, l'emplacement du lit sous l'escalier dont les dix premières marches sont en pierre de taille et le reste en bois, et dans l'épaisseur du mur, une niche qui servait à receptionner la farine produite par la paire de meules située à l'étage. Restauré vers 1950 (toitures, ailes et mécanismes) il l'est de nouveau en 2000, mais n'est pas encore en état de fonctionner.
