Burg Schwarzberg is a ruined stronghold set on a rocky spur roughly fifty metres above the point where the Schwarzbach joins the Sebnitz, near Hohnstein in Saxony. Locally known as the Goßdorfer Raubschloss, it was first recorded in 1372 and belonged to the Bohemian noble family of Berka von der Dubá, who also held the nearby Burg Hohnstein. What visitors see today is not the medieval structure itself but an artificial ruin built in 1858 on the sparse original foundations, complete with a round tower and pointed arches. Surviving wall sections, especially to the west, still give a sense of the roughly 80 metre span of the former fortress.
