What the French Ministry of Culture records

Château encadré par deux allées d'arbres, se dressant sur une petite élévation dominant une prairie. Du côté de la prairie, le centre couronné d'un fronton forme une avancée et domine une terrasse dont l'accès se fait par un escalier à balustres, elle-même délimitée par des balustres. Les côtés présentent des pavillons triangulaires faisant saillie. La façade sur cour d'honneur est à deux pavillons en saillie et escalier double. Au fond de la cour d'honneur, que bordent des communs, se trouvent les restes du château du 16e siècle : tour d'escalier à pans ; porte à double accolade couronnée de choux frisés et surmontée de colonnettes. Petite chapelle et cloître à ouvertures romanes.
