De cette forteresse de plan quadrangulaire édifiée vers le début du 16e siècle au creux d'un vallon, il subsiste essentiellement les courtines et divers ouvrages (bastion, tours, pavillon d'entrée). Les bâtiments qui, dans la cour intérieure, s'appuyaient aux murailles ont disparu. Seules les baies perçant le rempart signalent leur ancienne présence.
