The Château de Novéry is a fortified manor house dating from the 15th and 16th centuries, standing in the commune of Minzier in Haute-Savoie, set apart from the village along the former road linking Geneva to Seyssel. Its three-storey structure, once flanked by a round tower levelled during the French Revolution, contains a spiral staircase and a chapel equipped with a rare device allowing the mass to be followed from an adjoining room. Traces also remain of a bread oven dated 1650 and a fireplace from 1678 bearing the coat of arms of its former owners.
