Château cité dès 1489. Le château aurait brûlé au 19e siècle. Il a été reconstruit entre 1850 et 1856, en conservant quelques éléments d'un édifice plus ancien, par la famille Majou de la Rousselière. L'élévation principale ouest est de style néo-17e siècle, mêlé à quelques éléments de style néo-18e siècle. A l'intérieur, l'édifice présente des salons et salles à manger lambrissés et un escalier en bois tournant, Dans la cage de l'escalier, un vitrail du début du 20e siècle, présentant une femme nue à sa toilette, est une des rares oeuvres exécutées dans le domaine civil par le maître-verrier parisien Henri Carot.
