What the French Ministry of Culture records

Le domaine appartenait, en 1716, à Nicolas Patas, maire de Tours. Type de la maison de campagne tourangelle du 18e siècle, le manoir a conservé son état primitif sans aucune retouche extérieure et avec de très légères reprises intérieures. Le logis d'habitation comprend un bâtiment principal et une aile en retour formant un angle sur la cour. La travée centrale des deux façades du bâtiment principal est occupée par un avant-corps de faible saillie, amorti par un fronton triangulaire percé d'un oculus. L'aile en retour est prolongée par un bâtiment de communs dont la façade est surmontée d'un fronton triangulaire. Au sud de la cour se trouve une petite chapelle rectangulaire. Le parc a conservé son aspect de la fin du 18e siècle. Les bâtiments d'exploitation agricole, à l'est et à l'ouest, on subi des reprises modernes.
