Schloss Magenheim stands in Cleebronn (Landkreis Heilbronn), in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.
Perched on the lower slopes of the Michaelsberg above Cleebronn, Magenheim Palace occupies the site of a stronghold built by the lords of Magenheim in the 13th century. The Romanesque hall building and the bossed-stone outer walls, restored in successive stages, rank among the best-preserved Staufer-era fortifications in Germany. A double neck ditch, the ring wall and remnants of the former shield wall still trace the site's defensive layout. The estate is now privately owned and hosts concerts and ceremonies.
