Ce château du 15ème siècle se signale par une haute tour résidentielle flanquée d'une tour annexe. En 1826, l'ancienne maison forte présentait encore une architecture fermée avec enclos rectangulaire et vestiges de fossés. Le château présente des dispositions originales. La haute tour d'habitation, construction massive, de plan rectangulaire, dispose de cinq niveaux à volume unique, sous un couronnement sur mâchicoulis couvert par un haut comble en pavillon. Les salles de la grande tour bénéficient d'aménagements de confort (cheminées, latrines). Cette demeure seigneuriale, bien que mutilée, reste très représentative des modestes constructions de la petite aristocratie rurale de la fin du Moyen-Age.
