The building is privately owned and no visits are on record.

The château de Vicques stands in the Calvados region, on a site crossed by an old Roman road and by the Dives river. Built mainly between the second half of the 16th century and the first half of the 17th, it replaced a medieval stronghold recorded by Arcisse de Caumont. A turret and remnants of machicolations still recall this defensive past, while the baroque chapel houses polychrome statues from the 15th and 16th centuries along with a wooden choir screen dating from the early 17th century.
