What the French Ministry of Culture records

Construit à partie de 1893, le manège appartient au type des manèges privés destinés plutôt au confort des chevaux qu'aux exhibitions équestres. Le projet conçu par l'architecte Granger était de plus grande ampleur et prévoyait un parement de briques. Un abreuvoir central apparaît dans le projet, mais n'a pas été réalisé, de même que la partie sud. Le manège présente un plan rectangulaire, et est flanqué à l'est par les remises à voitures, qui ouvrent directement sur le vaisseau principal, et au nord par les stalles. Au nord-ouest se prolonge la sellerie accolée d'un corps d'entrée.
