Château de la Périsse stands in Dun-sur-Auron (Cher), in the Centre-Val de Loire region of France. The building is registered as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: fourth quarter of the 18th century). The building is privately owned and no visits are on record.

What the French Ministry of Culture records

Ce fief est mentionné en 1370 dans la mouvance de la grosse tour de Dun-le-Roi. Du village de La Périsse, attesté au Moyen Age, ne subsiste après la fronde qu'un domaine que Jean-Marie Heurtault, chevalier de Lammerville, achète en 1773. A la fin du 18e siècle, il reconstruit l'ensemble des bâtiments et en particulier les bergeries (1781 : date portée). Au début du 19e siècle sont ajoutés le logis du métayer et un bâtiment en pendant du bâtiment servant de cuisine. Le logis du métayer est agrandi et le hangar construit au cours du 19e siècle. La grange est détruite, il ne reste que la porte charretière.
