What the French Ministry of Culture records
La seigneurie existe depuis le Moyen-Age. Vers 1775, le logis actuel est construit après la destruction du vieux château. L'édifice est bâti sur un plan rectangulaire, les élévations antérieure et postérieure présentant un avant-corps central d'une travée, surmonté d'un fronton, cantonné de deux ailes. Certains intérieurs ont conservé leurs boiseries, comme l'ancienne salle à manger. En 1846, le château est vendu à la commune qui en fait une mairie-école.
