What the French Ministry of Culture records

Manoir à pans de bois de la fin du 15e siècle et du 16e siècle, comprenant de nombreux éléments intérieurs remarquables. Dans la partie droite qui jouxte le logis, se trouve un escalier à vis en bois imitant la pierre, élément rare et original. Le logis conserve encore la cheminée peinte du rez-de-chaussée, d'esprit flamboyant, ornée de rinceaux floraux et d'une iconographie représentant l'Annonciation et Saint-Hubert, ainsi que des poutres portant des inscriptions du 15e siècle. Le reste des intérieurs a subi cloisonnements et décapages ayant fait disparaître la polychromie du bois. L'aile en retour qui servait de grange dans les années 1950 a été détruite et quelques extensions ajoutées. Dans la partie 16e siècle du logis, la tourelle arrière a été démolie, mais l'édifice conserve ses trois grandes lucarnes et ses décors sculptés (poteaux corniers, supports d'avant-solier, piédroits et linteaux de portes et de baies). Les détails des corniches et des sommiers mêlent réminiscences gothiques et nouveauté Renaissance. L'aile nord qui le prolonge, date du 15e siècle et fut sans doute le premier logis. A l'extérieur, grand commun en pierre du 17e siècle.
