Le manoir d'Ailly appartient depuis le 11e siècle au chapitre de Beauvais. Après les bouleversements de la Révolution, seule subsiste aujourd'hui la partie orientale de l'enclos dans laquelle se trouve le logis. C'est une construction carrée à étage remontant au 13e siècle. Des baies géminées à oculus tréflé percent la façade sud et le pignon ouest ; la façade nord, reprise au 17e siècle, présente une travée est du début du 16e siècle avec baies à meneaux sculptées des armes des chanoines de Beauvais. A l'intérieur, le vestibule est décoré d'un trompe-l'oeil de la fin du 19e siècle ; l'étage et le comble sont accessibles par un escalier de la fin du 17e siècle.
