Ce site seigneurial est mentionné dans les sources au 16e siècle. Au 18e siècle, le manoir est la propriété de la famille Méry de Bellegarde ; il se compose d'un ensemble de bâtiments (logis en pan de bois, chapelle, colombier, bâtiments agricoles) et d'un parc. Celui-ci, ainsi que les éléments bâtis ont été modifiés au 19e siècle. Vers 1905, le propriétaire a fait opérer par l'architecte rouennais Charles Lassire des transformations radicales au logis (adjonction d'un pavillon de style normand). Hormis la chapelle du 16e ou du 17e siècle, les bâtiments ont été modifiés au 19e ou reconstruits dans un style régionaliste au début du 20e siècle.
