Le domaine s’inscrit dans la famille des demeures de plaisance édifiées par la noblesse rouennaise au 18e siècle. Le château, bâti en brique et pierre, présente des élévations régulièrement ordonnancées, à l’architecture soignée. Il fut amputé d’une aile suite à un incendie dans les années 1880. La demeure conserve intactes ses dispositions intérieures : distribution, planchers, cheminées, lambris, panneaux peints et sculptés. On distingue également la présence d’un bel ensemble de scènes chinoises. Le domaine, agrémenté d’un parc paysager du 19e siècle, conserve des terrasses, des communs ainsi que des dépendances des 17e et 18e siècles.
