Le Châtel is a sixteenth century residence standing in the commune of Thèreval, in the Manche department. Rebuilt at the end of the sixteenth century by Jean du Chastel for a Protestant family of the Norman nobility, it passed through several hands before being restored after 1944. The building is now listed as a historic monument.
