The manor of Ré stands in Le Petit-Pressigny, in the Indre-et-Loire department, built as a rectangular structure with corner buttresses topped by watchtowers. A polygonal tower containing a spiral staircase marks the north-west facade, while a cylindrical dovecote remains to the west of the building. Built in the second half of the 15th century, its window openings were altered in the 17th century, losing their original mullions in the process. The site reflects late medieval seigneurial architecture in the Touraine region.
