Château de La Guerche stands in La Guerche (Indre-et-Loire), in the Centre-Val de Loire region of France. The building is registered as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: 15th century). Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.

Standing on the banks of the Creuse, at the heart of the village of La Guerche, this castle combines remnants of a 15th century fortress with later rebuilding. Its history can be traced in its two wings set at right angles, one resting on casemates plunging into the river, the other opened by a massive gatehouse. Once held by the Villequier family and then the d'Aumont family before passing to the Crouy-Chanel, it bears the marks of decline during the Revolution followed by 19th century restoration.
