Situé à la sortie de Vannes, au nord, le manoir de Coedigo-Malenfant fut bâti à la fin du 16e siècle, probablement par un marchand drapier de Vannes, Jacques Colombel ; l'entablement supérieur d'une lucarne porte la date de 1588. Il fut acheté en 1719 par l'architecte vannetais Olivier Delourme, qui réalisa les châteaux de Loyat et de Kerguéhennec. Le bâtiment principal est constitué de deux pièces au rez-de-chaussée et à l'étage et d'une tour contenant l'escalier sur la façade postérieure ; un second bâtiment a été ajouté au nord, sans doute au 17e siècle.
