Maison à tourelle dont l'encorbellement repose sur une colonne. La façade sur la place est percée d'une porte encadrée de pilastres et surmontée d'un double motif de couronnement. Les fenêtres des deux étages sont décorées de pilastres supportés par des consoles. Une inscription mentionne Jean Roscouët comme propriétaire en 1578, ce qui semble remettre en cause la croyance selon laquelle cette maison aurait servi de rendez-vous de chasse à la famille de Rohan, dont le château se trouve à quelques mètres de là. De même, aucun écusson ou losanges héraldiques caractéristiques des macles de Rohan ne se trouvent sur l'édifice.
