Le château du Coscro est l'oeuvre d'une famille de parlementaires du 17e siècle, les Lantivy. C'est une construction homogène, caractérisée par la régularité et la symétrie de son plan et de ses élévations, que le décor de boiseries et l'escalier permettent de dater des années 1660-1680. Les dépendances de la cour et du jardin datent de la même époque, et le jardin lui-même semble contemporain du château.
