The Wasserschloss Flehingen is a moated Renaissance castle built on a square plan with four wings and four corner towers, its now-dry moat still encircling the structure, in the Flehingen district of Oberderdingen. Constructed around 1565 by Ludwig Wolf von Flehingen and his wife Anna, née Göler von Ravensburg, on the remains of an earlier stronghold burned down in 1504, it was for a long time the seat of the von Flehingen family. Above the round-arched gateway, reached by a bridge across the moat, sits a combined coat of arms of the Wolff-Metternich zur Gracht and Truchseß von Wetzhausen families, dated 1722. The building now houses an educational institution rather than a public visitor attraction in the usual sense.
