The Wasserschloss Menzingen is a moated castle ruin in the Menzingen district of Kraichtal, originating from a medieval stronghold that was rebuilt in Renaissance style during the 16th century as a three-winged residence. Destroyed by an air raid in April 1945, the building survives only as partial walls and towers, which were cleared of rubble and secured starting in the 1990s. Visitors can now see the remains of a once grand noble residence, including a portal with a coat-of-arms stone dated 1707, and a reconstructed stone bridge leading to the ruin.
