The Burg Schauenburg is a ruined spur castle above Dossenheim, in the Rhein-Neckar-Kreis area of Baden-Württemberg. Built in the 11th century by the lords of Schauenburg, it was besieged and demolished in the 15th century and never rebuilt. Visitors can still make out the foundations of the keep, the surrounding walls, a large residential building, and the remains of a bridge leading to the outer bailey.
