The Jagdschloss Blumenstein is a ruin set on a rocky spur in the Richelsdorfer Gebirge range, built on the site of an earlier medieval stronghold, the Burg Wildeck, whose stones it reused during construction in the 18th century. What survives today are scattered remains: foundations, a cellar on the north side, and a gateway that once marked the entrance to the estate. Surrounded by forest, the site is best approached as a stop along a woodland walk rather than a fully restored monument.
