Burg Dürboslar stands in the village of Aldenhoven, in North Rhine-Westphalia, as a former moated manor typical of the Rhineland region. First documented in 1478, the complex was rebuilt several times, most recently in the 19th century after the older manor house was partly torn down. The brick ensemble combines a main residence with a three-winged outer bailey, linked by a moat that remains visible on several sides. The property is still used today for farming and as private housing.
