Bodendenkmal in Mintraching, #D-3-7039-0268 stands in Mintraching (Landkreis Regensburg), in Bavaria, Germany. Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.
This site marks the location of a former Schloss that no longer stands, on the edge of the hamlet of Moosham, in the municipality of Mintraching. Nothing remains above ground: what is protected here are buried archaeological remains from the medieval period and the early modern era. Old descriptions mention a two storey residential tower enclosed by a ring wall and a seven metre wide moat, later rebuilt as a tall gabled building with a stepped gable. A visitor will therefore find only open ground, with no standing structure.
