Le manoir est situé sur le haut coteau qui domine la vallée du Layon. Le châtelet d'entrée du 14e siècle est traversé par un porche et un passage piétonnier voûtés en berceau brisé. Les bâtiments agricoles occupent l'emplacement des murs d'enceinte et s'organisent autour d'une cour pentagonale. Le corps de logis, édifié sur des caves voûtées plus anciennes, paraît remonter au 15e siècle. Il est pourvu d'une tour d'escalier octogonale, conserve des cheminées 15e siècle et des grilles de fenêtres de la même époque ; il a été remanié au 17e siècle.
