Rebuilt in the 19th century, it belonged to Madame de Kerouartz, a nun, who donated it to the Church. Since 1966 it has housed the headquarters of the Society of Missionary Priests of Saint-Jacques, founded for missionary work in Haiti and later Brazil. The estate keeps its religious purpose today, functioning as a missionary centre and meeting place.
