Fort de Bertheaume stands in Plougonvelin (Finistère), in the Bretagne region of France. Adult admission costs 5 EUR. The building opens only occasionally, for events.

The fort of Bertheaume stands on a rocky islet in the commune of Plougonvelin, linked to the mainland by a footbridge and reachable at low tide. Built on Vauban's orders at the end of the 17th century to watch over the entrance to Brest harbour, it still holds barracks, powder stores and gun batteries from the 18th and 19th centuries. Left derelict after the Second World War and bought by the commune in 1990, the site now combines military remains with an open-air theatre and outdoor activities such as via ferrata.
