What the French Ministry of Culture records

Existence du fief en 1109. Reconstruction possible du château entre 1507 et 1558. L'aile actuelle se prolongeait au sud-est et une aile perpendiculaire orientée sud-ouest/nord-est complétait le bâtiment. Ces constructions furent démolies en 1918 et les pierres vendues. La tourelle d'angle hexagonale, qui se trouve maintenant à l'extrémité sud-est du bâtiment, marquait le départ de l'aile perpendiculaire. La toiture est éclairée de lucarnes-pignons à candélabres. Un bandeau à ressauts souligne la toiture. Fenêtres à une traverse ; fenêtres à meneaux. L'escalier à vis de la tour présente une partie supérieure de noyau en bois et une partie inférieure en pierre. Le rez-de-chaussée conserve les cheminées les plus remarquables.
