To make a day of it

Château de Rosampoul stands in Plougonven (Finistère), in the Bretagne region of France. No visits are on record for this building.

Rosampoul castle, in Plougonven in the Finistère region, no longer stands in its original form: it was demolished in the 1970s after being weakened by dry rot, and only its outbuildings remain today, set within a large private forest estate. Built in the neo-Louis XIII style, it was for a long time the home of the Boscal de Réals family, having earlier belonged in the 15th century to the Kerloaguen family. The site is not a monument open to visitors but a private estate, now used for horse breeding, forestry and tourist accommodation.
