The château de Quesnoy-sur-Airaines stands in the Somme department, some twenty kilometres west of Amiens. Built in brick from 1682 for the Le Roy de Valanglart family, its central block still bears the construction date spelled out in wrought-iron ties on the courtyard façade. Two stone wings, added in the 18th century, flank it, while the park-facing side features a projecting rotunda topped with a dome. A stone stable dated 1768 and an ice house complete the domestic ensemble.
