Château de Belloy-Saint-Léonard stands in Belloy-Saint-Léonard (Somme), in the Hauts-de-France region of France. The building is registered as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: 18th century). Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.
In the Somme department, west of Amiens, the château de Belloy-Saint-Léonard is a white stone residence built in the late 18th century for Jacques Roussel de Belloy, treasurer of France at Amiens. Its rectangular main building, extended by two modest wings, bears a sculpted pediment with the family's coat of arms on the main façade. The estate is chiefly remembered as the birthplace, in 1902, of Philippe de Hauteclocque, later Marshal Leclerc. Now a private property used for corporate events, it is set within a nine-hectare park and a private forest open under certain conditions.
