What the French Ministry of Culture records

Portail d'entrée monumental, du 16e siècle, portant les glissières pour le pont-levis. Château remanié au 18e siècle, hormis le donjon carré du 16e, coiffé d'une pyramide et accosté d'une tourelle dans laquelle se trouve une chambre de guet. Chemin de ronde sur corbeaux, interrompu par une fenêtre à encadrement Renaissance. Sous une fenêtre se trouvent des têtes sculptées, portant la coiffure et la fraise de Catherine de Médicis. Au rez-de-chaussée, salle voûtée sur croisée d'ogives.
