Château de Nanthiat stands in Nanthiat (Dordogne), in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of France. The building is registered as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: 16th century, 18th century). Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.

In the Isle valley, in the Périgord vert area, Nanthiat château retains a square keep dating from the 16th century, a remnant of a stronghold later reworked in a more classical style during the 18th century. The entrance gate still shows the grooves of a former drawbridge, while a corbelled watch-path and a Renaissance window are decorated with carved heads said to depict Catherine de Médicis' headdress. On the ground floor, a vaulted room with ribbed crossing recalls the earliest building phases.
