Château de Fayolle stands in Abzac (Charente), in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of France. No visits are on record for this building.
The Château de Fayolle stands in the commune of Abzac, in the Charente department, built around a 13th-century keep later turned into a manor house during the Renaissance. Its outline is defined by three slender round towers that are in fact solid buttresses, and by a fourth, polygonal tower at the north-west corner. A round turret topped with a conical roof houses the staircase on the south front, beneath a Mansard-style roof added in the 18th century. Held by the same family line for three centuries before passing by marriage to others, the estate now belongs to the L'Hermite family.
