To make a day of it

Château de Cursinges stands in Perrignier (Haute-Savoie), in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France. The building is registered as a historic monument. The building is privately owned and no visits are on record.

The remains of the Château de Cursinges stand in the commune of Perrignier, in Haute-Savoie. Built in the 14th century, this former fortified house formed a moated square flanked by round turrets, and sections of its walls still stand beneath the vegetation today. Burned at the end of the 16th century and later damaged by flooding, it lost its towers and moat but keeps the outline of a medieval defensive site.
