What the French Ministry of Culture records

Le château a été reconstruit à la fin du 16e siècle (date 1584 sur une cheminée) dans le goût de la Renaissance finissante (appareillage de briques et pierres de taille disposées en échiquier). Deux des trois tours sont reliées par une galerie ouverte. La façade sud a été modifiée à la fin du 18e siècle. L'intérieur conserve un ensemble exceptionnel de cheminées de la fin du 16e siècle (décor de cariatides aux allures exotiques). Les communs à pans de bois comportent un pressoir avec sa chambre à pommes.
