What the French Ministry of Culture records

La famille de Trubessé possèda cette baronnie de 1419 à la fin du 19e siècle (1884). Le château se compose d'un corps de logis 16e siècle, autrefois cantonné de tours (il en reste une) , agrandi au 18e siècle au nord et à l'est d'un second corps de bâtiment accolé au premier. Le décor intérieur a été refait au début du 19e siècle, dans les années 1820-1830. Métairie érigée en 1798. Communs construits au 18e (grange) et au 19e siècles. Le jardin, créé dès le 18e siècle, acquiert sa forme définitive après 1827.
